Businesses have once again voted HSBC as the top provider of trade finance globally, in the Euromoney Trade Finance Survey.
The Euromoney Trade Finance Survey award is based on the views of more than 13,000 voting businesses across more than 100 countries and territories.
“These wins demonstrate that our strategy is working and we are delivering value for clients when they need us most,” said Vivek Ramachandran, Head of Global Trade Solutions at HSBC.
“As global connectors, innovative problem solvers, and strategic partners, HSBC is helping businesses navigate uncertainty and seize new opportunities in an ever-changing global landscape.”
This is the ninth consecutive year that HSBC has been voted #1 in Euromoney’s Trade Finance Survey.
This year, HSBC was also recognised as:
Number one in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Western Europe
The top trade bank in 21 markets, including Hong Kong and the UK
Number one globally for Client Service, Products, and Technology
Top in all global categories for Large and Middle Market Corporates
Respondents to the survey praised HSBC’s clear guidance and international expertise.
One noted that “HSBC consistently provides clear, proactive guidance on complex documentation and market requirements,” adding that “the quality of relationship management, particularly their responsiveness and understanding of international trade timelines, really stands out.”
Another added: “HSBC’s combination of personal engagement and international expertise truly differentiates it from other banks.”
A manufacturing corporate also highlighted HSBC’s “excellent digital trade finance services, quick processing times and reliable document handling.”
